About the property
This pretty, little house is created to be the most comfortable place for a getaway. It is in the village of Nunić. It is far away from massive and busy tourism. If you wish to experience a quiet getaway with a homey feeling this is the right place for you! The backyard is fully equipped with a BBQ, lounging chairs, a patio seat, and a new built-in pool! The beaches are also not far away, about 30-40 minutes from this location. There is little to no traffic to get around. In this location, some stores and stands have homemade food (cheese, honey, sour cream, and milk).
There are many tourist attractions, so it might be difficult to choose which one you might like. There is a lot that we would like to recommend for an active holiday, but for those who would like some rest, you can enjoy your time at the house and all the advantages it brings.
There are some places worth seeing like the beautiful parks of Kornati and Paklenica. There is also the National Park of Krka which is known for its amazing waterfalls and it has a lot of cycling paths and promenades. For people living on edge there is an adrenaline trail zipline in Drniš. Thirty five km away from the house, there is another park called Vransko where you can see all sorts of birds and a piece of wildlife.
Within twenty km there is also a river called Zrmanja where you can see old attractions (flour mills), and it is famous for its water rafting! Less than an hour away, you can find the city of Šibenik and Zadar. Each city contains a beautiful old town with a lot to see and explore (museums, churches, and much more).

Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory.
Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Children and extra beds:
A crib (cot bed) costs extra €20.
On the ground floor is a sofa bed for two additional persons.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the house.
Other: A deposit of €200 will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.
Price is 30% higher for all stays shorter than 3 nights
